Saunagus in Denmark – where should you go?

There are few experiences that can provide the same feeling of calm, renewed energy and well-being as saunagus. The combination of heat, essential oils, steam and the cold shock of a cold dip has gained popularity all over the country – and today you can find saunagus in the big city, on waterfronts, in nature and at colleges.

Copenhagen & Zealand
