Terms and conditions for BREATHE Nordic ApS

1. General information

2. Payment

We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & Visa Electron.

The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped. We do not charge card fees.

When making a bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.

Reservation of amount

When paying with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.

The money is released or withdrawn according to the agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer. We do not charge card fees.

3. Shipping and delivery

We deliver in Denmark (excl. Greenland and the Faroe Islands) via GLS or PostNord to parcel shops or private addresses.

Delivery time is usually 1-5 business days.

Delivery costs are displayed at checkout and typically cost between 40-50 DKK.

We do not deliver to addresses without a fixed road connection.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to cancel from the day you receive the goods.

The deadline means that you must notify us within 14 days that you wish to cancel the purchase.

Cancellation can be notified in writing to info@breathenordic.com or via the standard cancellation form at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing receipt without giving notice.

If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you can return part of the order.

Shipping costs are not refunded in the event of partial cancellation.

Returns must be made within 14 days after you have notified us of your cancellation.

You pay for the return shipping yourself and are liable for the item if it is damaged during transport.


No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be undone:

- Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return when the seal is broken after delivery.

- Delivery of goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.

5. Returns

We only accept packages sent directly to the address.

Condition of the item upon return

If the item has lost value because it has been handled in a way other than what is necessary to determine its nature, properties and function, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. Missing original packaging may result in a loss of value.


6. Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional delivery costs if you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than our standard), no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your message that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation of the return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

If the item is depreciated, the amount will be deducted from the refund.

7. Right of complaint

You have a 24-month right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.

If the complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or a price reduction, depending on the situation.

We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.

You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. If you make a complaint 2 months later, the complaint will always be timely.

In the event of a justified complaint, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

The item must be sent properly packaged and with a receipt for shipment.

8. Right to complain

Complaints can be sent to info@breathenordic.com .

If we cannot find a solution, you can complain to:

To be able to complain, the product or service must have cost at least DKK 1,220 and a maximum of DKK 100,000 (for clothes and shoes at least DKK 790). There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

If you live in Denmark and have traded with a seller outside Denmark, but within the EU, Norway, Iceland or the UK, you can complain to Consumer Europe .

If you live in another EU country, Norway or Iceland, you can contact the European Consumer Agency in that country.

9. Personal data policy

We collect your name, address, telephone number and email address in order to deliver the product.

The information is only passed on to the shipping company.

The personal data is registered with BREATHE Nordic ApS and stored for 5 years.

You can gain insight into, correct or delete your data by writing to info@breathenordic.com .

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries with adequate data protection.
