Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to cancel from the day you receive the goods.
Cancellation must be notified in writing to info@breathenordic.com .
You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing receipt without giving notice.
If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you can return part of the order.
Shipping costs are not refunded in the event of partial cancellation.
Returns must be made within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal.
You pay for the return shipping yourself and are liable if the item is damaged during transport.
Certain goods cannot be returned: delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

We only accept packages sent directly to the address.
Refund
Upon correct return, the purchase amount will be refunded no later than 14 days from the day we receive your message that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item or you have provided documentation for the return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
If the item has been damaged due to unnecessary handling, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the refund.
Right of complaint
You have a 24-month right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.
We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible. You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. If you file a complaint no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
In the event of a justified complaint, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
