1. What makes BREATHE products unique?
All our products are developed and carefully selected with a focus on functionality, quality and a Nordic design aesthetic. They are created to enhance your sauna and winter bathing experiences, with materials that withstand both heat and cold, and are also environmentally friendly.
2. What are the benefits of a sauna hat?
A sauna hat protects your head and hair from the intense heat of the sauna. It helps regulate your body temperature, so you can stay in the heat longer without discomfort. Our sauna hat is produced at the world's oldest wool factory, Loden Walker in Austria, and is made from natural wool that insulates and breathes at the same time.
3. Why should I use electrolytes after sauna or winter swimming?
When you sweat in the sauna or expose your body to cold and heat, you lose fluids and salts. Electrolytes help restore the balance of minerals, provide energy and contribute to better recovery.
4. How do I maintain my sauna water bottle?
The bottle is dishwasher safe (the glass), but the bamboo lid should be washed by hand. It is recommended to dry the bottle thoroughly after washing. The silicone protection ensures that you do not burn yourself on the bottle in the sauna.
5. What function does the swim bag have?
The swim bag is specially designed for sauna and winter swimming. It has a wet room-proof compartment for wet swimwear, as well as space for dry belongings such as a computer if you come straight from work. The bag keeps your things separate and organized.
6. Can I use the poncho as a changing area?
Yes, the poncho is big enough for you to change clothes inside it. It is made of towel material, so it works both as a dressing aid and to dry yourself with. Many people also use it to and from the water or when relaxing after a bath or sauna.
7. What makes the sweatshirt special?
It is CO₂-neutrally produced and hand-printed with natural colors without chemicals by Klaus Samsøe (founder of Samsøe Samsøe) in Østerbro. It is created as the perfect cozy sweater for relaxing after your bathing and sauna experiences.
8. Why is the winter bathing jacket special?
Our winter swim jacket has a waterproof shell and warm, insulating lining made from recycled materials. It keeps you dry and warm after a cold chill and has spacious pockets for storage.
9. What material is the sauna water bottle made of and why is it good?
The bottle is made of glass, which does not harbor bacteria and is easy to clean. The silicone coating protects against heat and makes it safe to use in the sauna, and the bamboo lid closes tightly.
10. How do I use electrolytes correctly?
Dissolve 15 g (3 filled BREATHE spoons) in 500 ml of cold water. Stir well or shake in our sauna water bottle and drink before, during or after sauna/winter bathing to replenish your fluid balance.
11. Where are your products produced?
We collaborate with carefully selected manufacturers in Denmark and the rest of Europe. Many products are handmade or produced in factories with long traditions of quality and sustainability.
12. Are all the products sustainable?
We strive to use environmentally friendly materials, natural colors and recycled textiles, as well as to minimize the CO₂ footprint in both production and transportation.
13. Can your products withstand extreme temperatures?
Yes, the products are carefully selected and tested to withstand both high temperatures in the sauna and cold winter dips, without compromising on quality and comfort.
14. Can I return the products?
You have a 14-day right of return on unused products in original packaging or a decrease in value by being returned in non-original packaging. Contact us at info@breathenordic.com to arrange a return.
15. How soon can I expect delivery?
We usually deliver within 1-5 business days in Denmark via GLS or PostNord. You will receive a tracking email when your order has been shipped.
