About BREATHE

As young men and women in their early 30s, we spend many hours in front of screens, both at work and in our free time. The endless screen crawl has become part of our everyday lives, and the need to find places for peace and reflection has become more crucial than ever. In our search for balance and mental well-being, we found a very special kind of relaxation in saunas and winter swimming. These rituals became our own little oases – moments of silence, focus and renewed energy, where we could let our thoughts flow and get in touch with our bodies in a deeper way. It became a form of luxury, a refreshing break from the demands of everyday life, where time stood still and we could recharge both mind and body.

Among us is also a woman who has experienced how the warmth and tranquility of nature can bring balance to a busy everyday life. Together we reflected on how these rituals could be even better, and how we could create a framework that supported the quality of our experiences before, during and after bathing. One of us suffers from vitiligo – a skin disease that makes it dangerous to stay in the sun without the risk of damage. For him, the warmth of the sun has always been a tempting and dear beneficent force. When it became impossible to enjoy the sun in that way, the sauna became his way to rediscover the warmth and relaxation he longed for. It became a way to feel free and connected to nature, without having to worry about skin damage.

At the same time, we experienced that many people lacked the right tools and products to optimize these luxurious moments. That's why we decided to create BREATHE – a brand focused on products that can enrich and prolong the feeling of well-being. Our goal is to make winter bathing and sauna experiences more exclusive, comfortable and inspiring, so that everyone can enjoy the small but significant moments to the fullest. BREATHE is about creating a framework where well-being, comfort and luxury go hand in hand – so that every moment becomes a meaningful free space in a busy everyday life. We hope that our products can help more people feel the deep relaxation and renewed energy that these rituals can provide – regardless of life situation or skin type.
